Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed SHE professional to contribute to ESB’s safe delivery of Net Zero 2040. The role involves developing and leading the delivery of the SHE Assurance Framework as the Second Line of Defense for ESB, collaborating with all First Line Business Units, and providing strategic oversight and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Lead the ongoing assessment and management of Group SHE Policies and Standards
- Develop and lead a programme of SHE Assurance audits
- Provide strategic advice and leadership guidance to support key stakeholders
- Monitor and oversee incident investigation
- Drive continuous improvement in SHE Assurance processes
