ESB is seeking an experienced Vendor Relationship & Commercial Contracts Manager to lead the commercial contract strategy for a nationally significant FM portfolio, working in a highly motivated team and making a tangible impact on safety, sustainability, value and service excellence across the ESB Group.
Requirements
- Develop and implement the FM contract and vendor strategy, ensuring alignment with ESB Group and Facilities Management objectives.
- Lead commercial and contractual governance across the FM portfolio, maintaining robust controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Establish and embed best practice contract management frameworks, processes, and reporting, and oversee performance metrics including KPIs, SLAs, variations, and change control to ensure proactive issue management.
- Act as the senior commercial lead and interface with strategic FM service providers, driving strong vendor relationships and performance.
- Lead the development, procurement, and mobilisation of new FM contracts and integrated frameworks, collaborating closely with Procurement, Legal, and key stakeholders.
- Drive cost savings, efficiencies, value for money, and continuous improvement across the FM supply chain.
- Establish, lead, and develop a high-performing contract management team as a center of excellence within Facilities Management, providing clear and effective commercial, financial, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
