Job Description
Esentri is seeking a Principal Software Architect to lead and shape their consulting and architecture services. The role involves strategic advising of clients, developing forward-looking software architectures, and working closely with stakeholders. The architect will also mentor development teams, ensure architectural quality, and contribute to the development setup and processes.
Requirements
- Sound and long-standing experience in professional software development and architecture
- Broad experience in various modern technologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills
- Extensive experience with modern architectural principles (e.g., DDD, Event-Driven Architectures, Microservices)
- In-depth expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with creating and managing architecture documentation (e.g., arc42)
- Familiarity with leading and developing agile development teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Very good German language skills
- Openness to occasional travel
