Senior / Lead Consultant - Softwareentwicklung (m/w/d)

As a Senior / Lead Consultant - Software Development, you'll be the interface between clients, stakeholders, and development teams, leveraging your technical expertise and methodological understanding to advise on architecture, conception, and development decisions. You'll contribute to efficient, sustainable, and deliverable software solutions, support the development team in making architectural decisions, and ensure quality standards through code reviews.

Requirements

• Completed degree in IT (e.g., Computer Science or Business Informatics)
• At least 6 years of experience in professional software development with Java, TypeScript, Spring and Spring-Boot
• Experience in leading development teams
• Familiarity with design and integration patterns
• In-depth knowledge in cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
• Experience in the architectural design of complex software systems, e.g. with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Familiarity with architecture documentation standards like arc42
• Familiarity with methodical project and stakeholder management
• Ability to implement specific requirements and coordinate technical processes
• Enjoy working independently and value transparency & self-organization
• Commitment to continuous learning and embracing agile team challenges
• Very good German language skills
• Openness to occasional business trips
