We are now recruiting Senior HR Executive, Compensation & Benefits to join the team. This role will be from February to September 2026. The role will support the Manager-HR Compensation & Benefits with focus in benefits related matters at schools and ESF Centre and the execution of day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in human resources or related discipline
- Minimum five years in human resources function and some experience in customer service or insurance industry
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Research skills relevant to gathering competitive C&B information in HK and relevant overseas markets
- HK Employment practice
- Human Resources Information Systems eg. IPL, Oracle or Workday
- Customer Service Oriented
