Senior Full Stack Engineer

eSimplicity is a modern digital services company seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot and Spring Security, as well as expertise in APIs, databases, and cloud architecture. The team will work collaboratively to develop solutions that meet or exceed customer business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Java Spring Boot and Spring Security
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Typescript, Javascript, Springboot, Spring Security
• Deep understanding of APIs, and familiarity with JSON, Web APIs, REST APIs, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC, RESTful practices, and GraphQL
• Solid experience with implementing, deploying, and maintaining both relational and non-relational databases like SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar
• Experience with Docker containerization and deployments
• Extensive experience using Git and CI/CD platforms to deliver safe releases at a rapid rate.
• Experience in AWS cloud data architecture and cloud best practices (DevSecOps (Terraform), FinOps)
• Experience working on fully integrated cross-functional Agile product teams.
• Experience with benchmarking, monitoring, and performance engineering applications
• A demonstrated preference for the “correct” amount of unit and integration tests, across a variety of platforms.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, residing in the United States
• Communicates technical information to non-technical audience effectively through presentations, white papers and advisory roles.
