Physician, Adult

A Primary Care Physician provides full scope of services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, at Eskenazi Health Center. The physician is responsible for modeling and upholding the mission, vision, and standard of performance within the health center.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an MD to practice in the State of Indiana by the State Board of Medical Examiners.
• Current DEA, CSR Registration
• Board Eligible or Boards Certified in physician specialty
