Business Analyst

Business Analyst position at Esolvit, a global leader in consulting, technology, application development, outsourcing and staffing solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work with technical and non-technical groups, lead meetings, and facilitate discussions. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience writing RFPs, including experience with Texas state agencies, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 6 Years of experience writing Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• 5 Years of Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
• 5 Years of experience successfully leading meetings and facilitating discussions
• 5 Years of expertise using Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Strong Knowledge of how Texas Medicaid is implemented and managed
• Strong Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups, and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong Excellent analytical, problem-solving, team playing and communication skills
• Experience drafting RFPs for one of the five agencies within Texas Health and Human Services
• Prior experience developing Federal funding requests (Planning Advanced Planning Documents and Implementation Advanced Planning Documents)
• Knowledge of the State of Texas Contract Management Guide
