Job Description
We are looking for a Dental Practice Operations Manager to support and lead our dental practice. As a leader in our effort, you will play a key role in bringing out the best in the dental team, as they deliver a best-in-class dental experience to our patients.
Requirements
- Previous experience as the office/practice manager of a busy service-oriented multi-specialty dental practice.
- Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management.
- Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/Ascend.
- Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements) is a plus.
