Director, Group Tax

The Director of Group Tax will lead and manage global tax strategy, governance, and compliance within a dynamic group of multinational entities. This role involves overseeing corporate transactions, investment structures, Pillar Two implementation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The position requires proactive engagement with senior executives, finance teams, and external advisors.

Requirements

• Professional tax qualification (e.g., Chartered Accountant, CTA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant tax experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a multinational corporate or Big 4 environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore and international tax regimes.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
