Property Accountant

The Property Accountant is responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the assigned ESR Australian property portfolio. This role requires a commercially minded, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering accurate, high-quality financial insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• CA /CPA qualified
• 2+ years’ experience in commercial property accounting
• Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Confidence and ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, with the ability to self-manage and problem-solve
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills
• Professional, results-driven, strong work ethic with high integrity
• Solid working knowledge of accounting standards
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
