Requirements
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end hiring process for a diverse portfolio of roles
- Business Partnership: Acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
- Strategic Sourcing: Going beyond inbound applications to proactively source passive candidates
- Candidate Experience: Championing a premium candidate journey
- Data & Process: Meticulously maintaining our Workable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leveraging data
- Agency Management: Managing and optimizing relationships with external recruitment agencies
