Sales Development Representativev San Diego, CA

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing sales efforts across the United States and Australia. This role is focused on prospecting, pipeline generation, and sales support for our Account Executives, helping accelerate revenue growth and expand Surfline Coastal Intelligences footprint with government and enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect into government agencies, municipalities, or enterprise organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable learning and explaining technical or data-driven products at a high level.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts and regions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, LeadIQ, etc.).
