Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales or similar sales role
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong customer relationship building ability
• Technical understanding of electric motors, drives, and gearboxes
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage workload
