Job Description
Esri is seeking a GIS Solution Engineer - Infrastructure to advise customers on complex business challenges using GIS technology. The role involves building relationships, presenting solutions, solving problems, and communicating the value of GIS to customers. It is a customer-facing position within an account team, focusing on ArcGIS and the broader infrastructure support of Esri solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Esri technology
- 1+ years of experience in infrastructure in the Europe region
- Understanding of ArcGIS from an IT context
- Experience with geodatabases and DBMS technology
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
- Bachelor’s in geography, computer science, or a related field
- Remarkable presentation, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
