Job Description
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Office Manager for a one year temporary assignment to oversee our Mason Road Pediatrics office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in the healthcare industry and a Bachelor's degree. In this role, you will provide overall direction for all activities related to administration, operations, personnel, facility, office management and safety.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Experience managing multiple employees
- Ability to lead people and get results through others
- Strong team leader/player
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient technology skills
- EMR experience preferred
