Job Description
The Construction Billing Specialist will be responsible for setting up projects, managing accounts receivable, approving payments, and providing reports to project managers. This role requires a commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of construction processes. The position is on-site, focusing on administrative tasks and project compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Construction Administration experience including Accounts Receivables and project-based billings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding of Subcontractor invoice review.
- Experience in Project Management.
