Job Description
Essel is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee all aspects of a construction project. The role involves project management, estimating, contract negotiation, and hands-on work on site. Candidates should be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proficient in building codes and regulations. A high percentage of time is expected in the field.
Requirements
- Project management experience and estimating experience
- Knowledge and experience in commercial and residential construction
- Ability to read and understand commercial and industrial blueprints
- Valid driver's license
- 10 years of experience developing and managing multi-family residential and commercial construction projects
- Willingness to travel (50%)
