Job Description
Essel is hiring Flaggers to ensure the safe and smooth operation of construction sites by directing traffic and guiding vehicles and pedestrians. The role involves traffic management, safety enforcement, communication, and site assistance, as well as reporting unsafe conditions.
Requirements
- Previous traffic control or flagging experience is preferred
- Flagging certification is a plus (training provided for those without)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to wear appropriate PPE
