Job Description
Essen Health Care is a growing community healthcare network serving underserved populations in New York State. They offer comprehensive medical, behavioral health, and administrative services. The General Manager of Operations will oversee HARP Care Coordinator Supervisors, focusing on patient-centered service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- MSW/MA/MS Master’s Degree or equivalent
- LCSW, LCSM, LMHC, LMFT, RN preferred
- 2+ years working with Behavioral Health and/or Substance abuse
- Prior supervisory experience
- Prior Managed Care experience
- Knowledge of Collaborative Care Model
- Experience with chronic condition management (Diabetes, HIV, Heart Disease)
- Experience with HCS/MAPP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
