Job Description
Essen Health Care is seeking a dedicated Nursing Home Medical Director to oversee and lead one of their Nursing & Rehabilitation locations. The Medical Director will provide strategic direction, medical leadership, and ensure high-quality employee and patient care, while collaborating with nursing home administration. They will develop and implement clinical policies, supervise medical staff, and oversee critical care services.
Requirements
- MD/DO
- Post-residency experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of Nursing & Rehabilitation centers and medical best practices
- Familiarity with managed care principles
- Ability to adhere to regulatory standards and quality measures
