Job Description
Essen Health Care is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to support the onboarding experience for new employees. This role will oversee end-to-end onboarding, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives to ensure employee integration, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a positive employee experience and supporting a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience
- Experience managing onboarding or integration programs at scale
- Strong understanding of HR practices, compliance, and regulatory standards within healthcare (DOH, OSHA, HIPAA)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Proficient in English and/or Spanish (preferred)
