Job Description
Essen Health Care is seeking a Project Manager to serve as a liaison, facilitating communication between technology, clinical teams, and operations. The role involves guiding project direction, integrating business and technical processes, and overseeing the delivery of capabilities within the company's internal sandbox implementation, allowing for future product refinement and launch. It’s a key role in driving operational improvements and enhancing healthcare delivery in the Bronx.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a PM in a SaaS company under the development team.
- Proven experience in project management within the healthcare industry, including successful project completion.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
