Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in processing or production operations
• Strong knowledge of product handling, packaging, and quality control
• Ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
• Fluency in English
• Professional command of French and/or Spanish
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
