Requirements

• Bachelor' degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience in a sales analytics role
• Experience working in a start-up / SME environment
• Full proficiency in English, proficiency in Russian or in Dutch is an advantage
• Solid understanding of market research principles, segmentation, and pricing strategy
• Advanced skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, data processing (Python/SQL), and CRM/marketing platforms
