Requirements

• Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of the operations staff
• Plans and prioritizes work assignments for the team
• Tracks processes and adherence and prepares reports
• Handles basic problems and challenges
• Supports the Department Manager or Operations Manager
• Champions and maintains a clean and safe environment
• Interacts with and supports leadership team and other departments
• Identifies areas for process improvements and implements changes
• Supports and delivers associate training and communications
