Corporate Event Manager

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Corporate Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact corporate events with a focus on food & beverage excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food & beverage management and 3-5 years of event planning experience.

Requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and achieve established event goals
• Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting
• Coordinate logistics including venue, décor, entertainment and AV
• Oversee food and beverage planning, tastings, and compliance
• Serve as primary liaison with internal clients and stakeholders
• Lead on-site event operations and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Train and manage event staff and labor schedules
• Ensure all events meet compliance, permitting, and risk management standards
• Conduct post-event evaluations and report on success metrics
• Foster strong working relationships across departments to drive teamwork and event excellence
