Wastewater Operator - West Chester

We are looking for a Wastewater Operator to join our team in West Chester, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operations of all wastewater and water facilities, conducting testing and analysis, and making recommendations for process changes and facility adjustments.

Requirements

• Monitor operations of all wastewater and water facilities
• Conduct testing and analysis required for proper operation and reporting
• Make recommendations regarding process changes and facility adjustments
• Be knowledgeable of maintenance work related to mechanical equipment and minor electrical equipment
• Capable of performing plumbing and piping work with all types of materials
• Must be able to work on electrical components up to 240 volt
• Coordinate of all chemicals, fuel, parts and supplies necessary for proper operation
• Record on plant logs, spreadsheets, and electronically all required test results
• Assist with on-call responsibilities during the work week and weekends
• Maintain facility records, prints, equipment manufacture manuals, and all operating data
• Capable of monitoring the PLC network to review the automated operation of all water and wastewater facilities
