Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in a communications role within a manufacturing company or PR agency
• Proven experience in content creation and delivery (e.g., emails, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations)
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple key stakeholders across the organization
• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Thai
• Willingness to travel to plants across Thailand, Southeast Asia, and Korea (as needed)
