Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with Store leadership teams to develop talent, support workforce planning and ensure HR processes are delivered effectively across the region.
Requirements
- HR Business Partner experience in retail or multi-site environments
- Strong planning, organising and problem-solving skills
- Confident communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to analyse workforce data and create action plans
- Skilled in conducting interviews, providing feedback and supporting manager capability
- Knowledge of HR policies, legal frameworks and employee relations
