Job Description
Luxottica is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery in an optical lens manufacturing environment. This role focuses on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with manufacturing teams, vendors, and internal staff to provide efficient maintenance and support.
Requirements
- Valid CCQ Journeyperson (B/C license for industrial mechanics)
- At least 4 years of experience as a licensed Maintenance Technician in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CMMS software (preferably SAP)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbps
