Job Description
EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Payroll Specialist to process payroll in a high volume, Multi EIN and Multi-State environment for North America. The role involves auditing, issue resolution, reconciliations, and providing exceptional customer service to employees. This position is crucial for accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Processing, balancing, and transmitting payrolls to ADP payroll.
- Calculating and creating out of sequence pay entries for corrections.
- Processing tax and GL processes for accurate reporting.
- Interacting with various departments.
- Providing customer service to employees and stakeholders.
