Job Description
Essilor and Subsidiaries is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support product delivery initiatives within the Helix division by bridging business needs with technical solutions. The role involves eliciting, documenting, and refining requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle. This is a full-time, hourly position within an Agile and hybrid environment.
Requirements
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis of current state processes.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Ensure all requirements, decisions, and changes are clearly documented and traceable.
