Job Description
As a Digital Store Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the day‐to‐day management of our clients’ digital storefronts and marketplace presence. You will work with ESW’s proprietary platform and leading ecommerce and marketplace tools to ensure smooth operations, accurate product data, content, and well‐executed campaigns across multiple channels.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in digital store operations, or ecommerce/marketplace environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, data organization, large datasets).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of an international team.
- Knowledge of automation tools or programming (VBA, Python, AI tools, Excel macros).
