The Senior Logistics, Solutions Specialist will work with logistics partners to design and deliver solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prefer 4+ years in logistics or supply chain management, incl. 2 years in customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of logistics systems (TMS, WMS, ERP) and technologies.
- Outstanding analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear, customer-centric way.
- Proven experience managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of cost and margin dynamics with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate financial impacts of logistics decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and initiative with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of solutions.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis
- Able to travel to vendor and client locations as required to support business needs, project delivery, and relationship management.
