Job Description
Etched is seeking a Head of Legal to lead all legal operations as they develop next-generation AI hardware. The role involves owning commercial agreements, managing legal processes, and serving as a strategic partner to the executive team. This position will build and scale the legal function, focusing on infrastructure and long-term vision.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of legal experience
- Deep expertise in commercial negotiations and contract drafting
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree (California bar preferred)
- Strong candidates may have experience with AI and semiconductor technologies
