Job Description
Etched is building AI chips for individual model architectures, particularly transformers. The role is for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team, focusing on data center products, specifically high-power systems like data center chassis and enclosures. They will collaborate with internal and external design teams to ensure high performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Strong expertise in mechanical design and engineering principles
- Experience in data center chassis design
- Proficiency in mechanical CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, FX, CATIA, etc.)
- Understanding of tooling processes and manufacturing standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills
