The Associate Design Consultant role is an entry-level position that transitions to a Design Consultant role within 6 months of hire. The role involves developing selling and interior design skills, learning technology, and assisting with sales activity within the Design Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution
- Previous internship or experience with a professional design firm or design-retail organization
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in retail sales preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
