Job Description
Animal Emergency Clinic (AEC) is seeking a Part Time Emergency Veterinary Assistant to provide support to veterinarians and monitor patient recovery. The role involves assisting with patient care, maintaining treatment areas, and documenting treatments. Requirements
- Assist ER veterinarians with patient care
- Monitor patients recovering from procedures or anesthesia
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked treatment areas
- Accurately document treatments, observations, and patient notes
- Support a positive and professional team environment
- Strong computer skills for EMR and record-keeping
- Flexible and dependable with strong time-management skills
