Future Leader Programme (UAE Nationals only)

The Future Leader Programme is a 13-month rotational program at Etihad that focuses on developing deep aviation knowledge and skills, with a view to prepare individuals for a career in aviation and longer-term opportunities at a senior leadership level.

Requirements

• Postgraduate master's degree from top tier academic institutions
• 2-3 years' work experience in consultancy, professional services, or international business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial mindset, and excellent communication and presentation skills
