Job Description
Etraveli Group is a tech solutions and fulfillment company specializing in online flights. They are seeking a Product Owner to join their Post Booking Automation team, focusing on managing changes and cancellations for customer bookings. This role involves shaping product vision, stakeholder alignment, and providing support to both customers and partners.
Requirements
- Ability to break down complex concepts and present them clearly.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Thrive in new challenges and feel comfortable making decisions.
- Ability to deliver data-driven, customer-first approaches.
- Some technical knowledge of how GDS and/or LCC booking processes work.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with AI technologies (considered an asset).
