Wellness Center Manager

The Wellness Center Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operations, culture, and performance of the Wellness Center. This position provides clear direction, consistent supervision, and accountable leadership to ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for members and staff.

Requirements

• Builds, supervises, and leads a team of Health & Wellness Attendants, Personal Trainers, and Fitness Equipment Technicians
• Provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight for assigned equipment technicians
• Recruits, hires, onboards, trains, and evaluates Health & Wellness Attendants, Equipment Technicians and Personal Trainers
• Maintains consistent floor presence, actively supervising staff performance, providing real-time coaching, and addressing concerns proactively
• Holds staff accountable through clearly defined expectations, SOPs, performance documentation, and follow-through on corrective action when necessary
• Oversees Wellness Center equipment management, including preventative maintenance planning, corrective repairs, vendor coordination, downtime tracking, and technician workflow
