Job Description
FundSettle Operations Asset Servicing is seeking a team member to support the operations of Funds from Hong Kong. The role involves full lifecycle management of funds subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, as well as dividend process, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. The team will interact with various teams, including transfer agents, fund services, and office support teams in Europe and the Americas.
Requirements
- University Degree holder
- 1-year solid Banking / Fund House Operations experience
- Strong communication skills in English (written& oral), Mandarin is a definite advantage
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with high quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive mindset with problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Funds business and/or Commercial experience is a plus
