Job Description
Euroclear is seeking a Payroll Expert to manage payroll and related activities for a legal entity comprising approximately 500+ employees in France. The role involves ensuring compliance with French social legislation, participating in payroll realization, and providing HR advice to management. This strategic position requires experience in HR IT systems and experience with the French labor laws.
Requirements
- Training in Administration and Business Management with a specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resources, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing payroll for a workforce of approximately 500 people.
- Expertise in French social legislation.
- Proven expertise in the area.
- Mastering of Microsoft tools and HR information systems (Fusion, Orhus, ChronoTime).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
