Security Operations Center Tier 2 Analyst

Euroclear is seeking a Security Operations Center Tier 2 Analyst to join their Chief Information Security Office. This role focuses on incident response and continuous improvement of security controls, impacting the protection of Euroclear information and assets. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of information security principles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in network security zones, Firewall configurations, IDS policies
• In depth knowledge of TCP/IP
• Knowledge of systems communications from OSI Layer 1 to 7
• Experience with Systems Administration, Middleware, and Application Administration
• Experience with Network and Network Security tools administration
• Knowledge of log formats and ability to aggregate and parse log data
• Ability to define a containment strategy
• Experience with Security Assessment tools (NMAP, Nessus, Metasploit, Netcat)
• Good knowledge of threat areas and common attack vectors (MITRE ATT&CK)
