Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management CoE Advisor

This CoE Advisor role within the Centre of Excellence (CoE) squad focuses on enabling Euroclear's SPVM transformation, delivering analytics, policy, and process capabilities to Sourcing, Procurement, and Vendor Management squads. The advisor will drive continuous improvement, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance while driving innovation and value delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within a complex organisation.
• Strong track record in process improvement, lean management, or operational excellence.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable capabilities and tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing procurement policies and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with procurement analytics and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
