Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years working experience
• At least 5 years with full P&L responsibility or in a techno-commercial role
• Proven leadership and business development experience
• Previous experience in a Contract Research / CDMO company
• Masters or PhD Organic Chemistry with MBA or business exposure
• Knowledge of Pharma R&D outsourcing market in General and CMC / CDMO Services
