Job Description
Join us as an Application Support Engineer in Porto. We're looking for a technical professional to ensure the seamless operation of critical post-trade applications. This role involves application support, incident management, software deployment, and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong background in application support and troubleshooting
- Experience in incident management, change management, and problem resolution
- Knowledge of OpenShift platform and microservices applications (a plus)
- Understanding of Central Securities Depository (CSD) environments and post-trade processes (a plus)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Portuguese, French, or other European languages are a plus
- Availability to travel as required
