Compensation & Job Architecture Manager

As Compensation & Job Architecture Manager, you will lead the Euronext Career Framework administration, ensure consistent annual review and update, and support job evaluations of new roles. You will also implement the EU Pay Transparency directive and provide recommendations on various pay actions.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in Compensation/reward - ideally 5 years, with strong knowledge of grading/ job evaluation or survey analysis.
• Rigorous, organized and dynamic. Results and deadline driven.
• Strong International background and experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
• Expertise on workday systems would be a plus.
