Fachtrainer / Learning Specialist – Versicherung anteilig Homeoffice (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Fachtrainer / Learning Specialist to design modern learning offers for our teams and contribute to world-class customer support worldwide. The position involves determining training needs, creating training programs, and implementing coaching measures. The ideal candidate has a study or equivalent ability, methodical-didactic skills, and experience in conducting presence and online training.

Requirements

• Study or equivalent ability and expertise, demonstrated by appropriate professional practice as a trainer or coach
• Well-developed methodical-didactic skills and experience in conducting presence and online training
• High self-organization, good time management and the ability to structure training concepts
• Motivation, empathy and joy in accompanying different levels of competence
• Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge (at least B2 level)
• Willingness to occasional travel activity (2-3 times per year)
